We provide a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all Bidet Seats and One-Piece Toilets, effective from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use, as outlined below:
Coverage Includes:
Bidet Seats: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including issues with the bidet’s mechanical and electrical components, provided they are installed and used according to the product instructions.
One-Piece Toilets: This warranty covers defects in the ceramic body, and any internal parts such as the flushing mechanism or tank components, when used under normal residential conditions.
Warranty Conditions:
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The product must be used for residential, non-commercial purposes.
Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order number) is required for warranty claims.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, or abuse.
Products that have been modified or altered in any way are not eligible for warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability:
Liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including installation costs or damages caused by improper installation.
