LP2 Robot Platform is for solar cleaning robots deployment that run from side to side on solar arrays. Using the Liwal LP2 Robot Platform, a single robot can be used on many arrays. The robot is transferred to an array and from the array back to the Platform and carried to the next array.
LP2 has lifting, tilting, pan and arm movement controlled by limit sensors, making it adjustable for smooth robot deployment on fixed or tracking panel structures and make easy robots parking for transportation. The platform height is customizable up-to 4 meters, standard version comes with 3 meters height, load capacity of 350KG to 1000kg, it has smooth lifting and lowering of robots, steel body with guardrail to protect robot for fall prevention.
The same Robot and Platform can be used on many sites and terrains. For mobility, it has the options of Three-wheeler or Four-wheeler Mini versions for urban or site with smooth terrain, truck mounted or crawler robot mounted version for rough and sandy terrains.
For big solar plants, the solution is very cost effective and significantly reduces the number of manpower and robots from 1000 to few units and few persons because it requires less robots, less manpower and less technical capabilities to own and operate. For drying cleaning, a single person will be able to operate the LP2 platform efficiently. For wet cleaning, two persons are recommended.
It revolutionized the maintenance of the robots as well, as the truck mounted platform can carry the robot to and from repair and maintenance facilities.
